Feb. 26, 1943

The weather was too bad for a transport to come and get us today, although the boys went out and bombed Cagliari in Sardinia. Gee this is getting monotonous here. Beaham, Slocum, Roberts, & McKeowin have all gone home. Wish I could go. I’ve never been so homesick as I am now.
