Today we came to an operational field, not for school, but just to look around and try to learn something. This is an old field probably was one before the war. It’s only about 20 miles from Cambridge. Stratishall is the name of it.
Went to a briefing this afternoon for a raid on Bremen. They have been there twice in the last 3 nites already.
We watched them take off. Wish them all the luck in the world.
