Xmas eve & I don’t feel any Xmas spirit at all. Have been sick in bed all day. This flu is rough stuff.

The boys broke out the liquor they have been saving for Xmas. Most all of them were fairly well lit by 8 o’clock. Of course they were singing Xmas carols, etc. They were very annoying to me cause I was sick as a horse and they would keep coming in singing Xmas carols to me. Hope next Xmas may be spent with my family. I do miss everyone so. I get so lonesome though. I’ve really been homesick here of late. Miss everyone so much.
